Nach langer Vorbereitung erschien am 1. Dezember 2014 eine umfassende Studie von EIR über das Projekt der Eurasischen Landbrücke, indem die Fortschritte der Arbeit vorgestellt werden. Das Projekt wurde schon vor mehr als 20 Jahren von Lyndon LaRouche und Helga Zepp-LaRouche ins Leben gerufen. Der 374seitige, englischsprachige Bericht, der weltweit vertrieben wird, trägt den Titel: The New Silk Road Becomes the World Land-Bridge (Die Neue Seidenstraße wird zur Weltlandbrücke). Darin enthalten, ein konzeptioneller Fahrplan zu einer Neuen Weltwirtschaftsordnung und zu einer neuen ökonomischen Landkarte der Welt. Das erklären die Herausgeber der Veröffentlichung.
 
Diese wird jetzt von den Nationen der BRICS-Gruppe (Brasilien, Rußland, Indien, China und Südafrika) geschaffen, sie bilden die Spitze einer optimistischen, globalen Dynamik für wirkliche wirtschaftliche Entwicklung, mit neuen Kreditinstitutionen und Hochtechnologie- Großprojekten, um die Menschheit auf Missstände hinzuweisen und auf eine andere Ebene der Auseinandersetzung zu heben.
 
Nach einer Einleitung von Helga Zepp-LaRouche beschreibt der Bericht die „Metrik des Fortschritts“ auf Grundlage von Wirtschaftsprinzipien, die vom Ökonomen Lyndon LaRouche entwickelt wurden. Dann präsentieren die Autoren Schritt für Schritt, Region für Region die erstaunlichen Fortschritte und Pläne für die Verwirklichung des Konzepts der Eurasischen Landbrücke, das 1996 von der chinesischen Regierung vorgestellt und seither von immer mehr Nationen aufgegriffen wurde.
